Responsible for corporate business development through satisfactory client
project completions. Prepares, organizes, trains, evaluates and manages numerous
survey crews, to meet market demands within the industry and various locations.
Working with clients and their staff, to stay within budget and deadlines, and
remain competitive.
In addition to being President of Nisbet, Robertson, a very successful
survey/engineering firm in Sarnia, Ontario, Mr. Nisbet has over 20 years
experience in all aspects of surveying and engineering, in Canada, as well as
the United States. He assisted in over 20 miles of Hydro Corridor for Ontario
Hydro. He assisted in the Digital mapping conversion project for the Madawaska/Bonnechere
Regions for Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. He has extensive experience
in surveys for extent of title confirmation under the Certification of Title
Act. He worked with the Indian lands for Department of Indian Affairs and
Northern Development. And he was involved with the subsidence survey over the
Sarnia, Canada to Port Huron, USA Canadian National Railway tunnel, just to name
a few of the highlights of his career.

Robert J. Phelps, PE, PS
Corporate Marketing Manager
Responsible for strategic marketing and business development. Evaluates
new markets and market entry strategies. Also assists in client/project
development, proposal development and preparation and client satisfaction
plans.
In prior associations he was marketing coordinator for a ENR 500
engineering and surveying firm responsible for strategic market planning,
client/project development, new market development, development of
marketing data base and development of firms print media communications
materials. He also has extensive experience as field project manager and
survey crew chief for a wide variety of land surveying, and mapping
projects.
